ANNUAL PARADE
Please print off the registration form and bring it with you on Parade Day!
Parade Route & Information
TIMES: Opening Ceremonies will begin at 545 pm with parade immediately following.
ROUTE:
Once again, the parade will begin at the intersection of High Street & Main Street and proceed east towards the Old Jr. High site (370 E. Main)
The announcement stage will remain across from the municipal building.
VETERANS & CONTESTANTS:
VETERANS: We have bleachers available directly across from the stage for you and your guests.
Queen & Princess contestants: Please meet at the municipal building at 5:30. Winners will be announced during opening ceremonies!
CHECK-IN:
If you plan to be in the parade, Line-up will begin at 4:30pm on Thursday, Sept. 5th.
Please make sure someone from your unit stays with your parade unit until we come around with parade numbers. If someone else is driving for you, please make sure they have a completed copy of the form.
We will have additional copies of the registration form available when you pull into the line-up.
We will take your parade registration form once you are in line and give you a number!
LINE UP will be along S. High
***Please enter from W. Troy Street or Helltown Road (CR 239)
South High Street (along the park): Graham Band, Grand Marshal, Queen/Princess, and Royal Court.
South High Street (south of the park): all other participants
Horses: TBD
GROUPS - Please plan a way for the group to meet.
Last year some groups had a designated drop off space where an adult would meet with the group and then walk them to the parade vehicle. This appeared to work well! If you have any questions, feel free to call or email.
Registration:
Please complete the registration form and bring it with you the day of the parade.
We will collect the forms once you are in the line-up!
