This year we will have live bands Thursday night,
Friday night, Saturday starting at 2pm, along with softball tourney and car show on Saturday
Ride company Exclusive
Items – Ride company has exclusives on the following items this year: Funnel cakes, cotton candy,
candy apples, snow cones, Lemonade and Lemon Shakeups. These items cannot be sold by vendors.
Each vendor will have exclusive rights to 1 item. Be sure to let us know
ASAP what that item is, such as hamburger, tenderloin, polish sausage. The sooner you get your application
in, the better chance you have at that exclusive item.
Check In and Setup - after 5 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
We need to get the stage, trailers in and parked before we can set up tents. We will have spots
assigned before you arrive, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Fees- Booths are 10 foot x 10 foot and the cost $150 for electric and $75 for no electric. We
will provide generator that will run during festival. You will need to provide extension cords.
Absolutely no stakes in pavement.
Deadline Please return application with proof of insurance, and check payable to Pony Wagon Days,
Concessions, PO Box 553, St. Paris, Oh 43072 before August 31, 2011. Applications without
insurance will be returned. We will confirm receipt of payment.

Department - Vendors need to display
Health Dept. permit.
Tear-Down All booths must
be removed after 11:00 Saturday, September 10, 2011. Trash receptacles will be available.
